Where does Bioequipe ship and what are the shipping times?

Bioequipe ships its products throughout Italy, Germany and many European countries* and the United Kingdom. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. In Italy, delivery times vary from 24 to 48 working hours, but may be longer for the smaller islands and free zones. Outside Italy, delivery times range from 3 to 10 working days, with variations depending on the area. Even in this case, times may be longer for disadvantaged areas. All details, variations or problems with shipments are communicated via email and/or highlighted on the website.

Shipments are managed by reliable couriers such as FedEx, BRT, Poste Italiane, Amazon Shopping, to guarantee the best possible service.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and city of destination. The amount is calculated after entering the delivery address and displayed before paying for the order.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return one or more products purchased on bioequipe.com, fill out the return request form on this page within 14 days of receiving your order.

For optimal management of the return, indicate your first and last name, the email address used for the order, the telephone number and the order number (available in the confirmation emails or in the "My orders" section of your account).

Note: Products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging.

Refunds are generally made to the payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except returns due to company errors.
